MOBILE HYGIENE SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE IN LOCAL NURSING HOMES
Our goal is to provide dental care for a portion of the population who have difficulties accessing oral healthcare.
Lee’Anne offers this service which is arranged by each long term care and retirement home once every 3-4 months.
There is no online booking option for this service.
Whiter Smiles dental hygiene clinic has also chosen to participate in the Canadian Dental Benefit Plan, which allows for partially covered cleanings, examinations, fluoride treatments and polish to those eligible.
The amount of times a person can have a regularly scheduled cleaning through this program will be dependent on how long each cleaning takes, but generally, it will cover one - two cleanings per year.

If you meet all of the eligibility requirements, you can then sign up for the plan online
Once you've signed up and have received your Sunlife benefits card in the mail, an appointment can be arranged and direct billing to Sunlife occurs which will help those with financial struggles as they do not have to pay for the full cost of the service upfront.
Direct billing to insurance is also available for those with benefit plans and for all others, see ‘services’ tab for cost of treatment.
